William J. Zick is a retired administrative law judge for the Michigan Employment Security Commission and a former training officer for the Michigan Department of Civil Rights. His Juris Doctor degree is from Detroit College of Law, while his M.A. In Political Science is from Wayne State University and his degree in History and English is from the University of Michigan Flint. The Detroit native maintains a website and blog on African Heritage in Classical Music.
