Maritza Fernandez is a full-time student with a passion for women’s history and gender & sexuality studies. She is currently in her third year at University of Washington, Seattle, where she majors in History. When she is not in school, Maritza loves to write (fiction mostly), cook with friends, and spend time with her family. Her ultimate goal is to use her practice in historical analysis and research to aid receiving a Juris Doctor from Florida State University.
