Marilee Scarbrough is In-House Legal Counsel for the Vancouver School District. Prior to her selection as legal counsel Marilee served in numerous positions involving education law including Director of Policy and Legal Services for the Washington State School Directors’ Association, Staff Attorney for Teamchild, and Attorney for the Washington State House of Representatives Higher Education Committee. Marilee often presents training sessions on school law issues at local, regional, and national conferences. Marilee is a graduate of Whitman College (BA English Literature) and the University of Oregon Law School.
