WRITE FOR BLACKPAST.ORG. BlackPast.org is the largest online encyclopedia devoted to African American history on the Internet today. The site has over 4,500 original entries written by 700 volunteer contributors from six continents with more entries being added each day.

We are looking for additional volunteers who can write entries of between 500 and 600 words on people, places, organizations, movements, episodes, and events in African American (and global African History).  Right now we need volunteers to write on potential entries in religion, politics, civil rights, African American women, STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), art, literature, and a number of other areas.
